At ALNAJATMED, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction.

•Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

•Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

•Non-returnable items include medical disposables, personal hygiene products, commode chairs, commode wheelchairs, and toilet safety/bathroom support items.

•Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos.

•Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

•Return shipping is covered by ALNAJATMED only for damaged or incorrect items; otherwise, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
